While I dont disagree with your assesment, I will say that some older guys would be better off acepting this, its going to take more than a couple years to put 58 grand into a 401K, youll probably never recoup that much in 3-4 years, unless you put about 1200 dollars of your own money a month into that 401K....just an observation, I think if I was the boat I would consider it for sure. Take it lump put it into your IRA.
