Also... reserve coverage is a fluid dynamic that changes daily and even multiple times a day. You can't look at it only from a fixed numbers vs. a/c perspective. In terms of numbers, yes, we're overstaffed. But when you break it down by fleet, base and seat, the numbers get jumbled up. Then when you further break it down by day, reserve period and who's available it gets even more jumbled. It's just not as simplistic as it may seem.
