Those standards that say Renslow and Shaw were ready to sit in their respective seat are also saying you are ready to be sitting in your respective seat. How many times did you raise your concern to a flight manager or your Union that CA Renslow wasn’t ready to be CA and his practices are jeopardizing safety?

To say fatigue was not a main factor would be saying you were a factor for not raising flags on this guy since you flew 150 hours with this fellow.
