To anyone in dispatch that happens to read this: Good job sending an aircraft JFK-BOS-RDU with a broken pack on Saturday! I'm sure all those passengers will rush right out and travel on Delta again soon! NOT! With a full flight on both of those legs, temp in the cabin hovered around 90-93 the whole time. Actually, flight control routes the aircraft to particular flights, not dispatch. But no, I'm not defending the decision to do something like that...
