Yes, the guy landing the 380 did put it on firm, I assume he did so it would not float. Landing a light widebody gets interesting. It usually goes float...floaty, float bamn.
So far I have never seen the wings flex when I land a 74 or A-300. Then again I don't think anyone has ever taped on of my landings (at least to my knowledge).
He could have been a little better on the rudder usage and longitudinal alignment. Anybody know what the winds were?
