DAL4EVER, this guy is posting flaimbait. Just ignore his postings because he/she probably isn't even a pilot or is just trying to get this thread closed.
Moving on.

I know Delta wants high yield routes. I REALLY am not that ignorant. I know there are dozens are "low yield" mainline Delta routes out there. Delta isn't cutting those routes and parking planes, therefore creating a need to immediately cut pilots because of the fall schedule. I also know routes are always being tweaked to accommodate the ever-changing demand. RA is proud at the fact that there have not been any frontline cuts and I know Delta is not immune to furloughs in the near future. I don't need anyone to point out the obvious to me.

My point was that RA, in his weekly update, failed to mention there have been HUNDREDS of furloughs and job cuts in the Delta system...in the wholly owned. He is masking the fact that he has made the decision to CUT jobs. He's not being truthful and he's leaving us out. I'm one of those "regional guys" who wants to change the way regionals are viewed. I'm tired of being left in the dust. Everyone keeps saying "no one is doing anything to help change the way regionals are viewed and how they are treated." Here I am making my voice heard. What can we do at regionals to let our voice be heard?
