In ATL today and the ground controller was ill with several citrus flights.....

ATC..."Citrus xxx, do you plan on taxiing at that speed to the runway?"
Citrus xxx..."Yep"
ATC...much frustration....................and the ground controller pulled him out of line and made him wait until the money line cleared.

The "safe taxi" speeds must be getting noticed around ATL.
