I don't think you'll see Delta sell a wholly owned to another regional. RA is having having to deal with the devil now because of that fact. SkyWest got a good solid long term contract with the purchase of ASA. They've learned their lesson now. If there is any movement it will be merger, spinoff or sell off to a non-airline corporate entity.
I have to agree with you on that. Like I said I do not think DAL wants to make Skywest or RAH any bigger than it is now so if the sell off occurs, it will most likely be to another third party Holding Corporation
