Ok, I admit that smoking for 20 years was pretty stupid, However I finally decided to quit. I have been smoke free for 10 days now, I know (no big deal..right) it is a big achievment for me, But I woke up this am with what I thought was a bad cold, but now I think might be bronchitus. Is this type of thing normal as your body cleans out years of harmful chemicals. Anyone who has stopped smoking experianced this???? I have a DR appointment for the AM, just curious I guess...
