very valid point, if this were a CRJ prob solved, but without steps for a hardstand, quite the predicament. like someone else mentioned, it's easy for us to armchair quarterback this crew, we weren't there and still do not know all the details. not fair to blame mesaba ramper, the airport manager should have been called in to handle this situation. why isn't he catching some heat?
