I wouldn't bet my house on a rumor that a FA heard.
However, now that United supposedly has an RFP out for additional regional lift, maybe we will finally see some of that storied UAX flying that has been circulating around for years.

Comair flight attendants, goos source of information. I like the one who said her and her husband have 2 houses, one in Florida and Cincinnati, comes to find out she's living at home with her mama. But everything she says is suspect.
