You keep standing up for her. She messed up. You won't admit it either. It's easy to blame Mesaba based soley on the tapes. Take a step back and REALIZE what really happened? She refuesed to take charge and she let her passengers sit in filth. She made a bad decision. We all make bad decisions. No one is perfect. But come on!
