Did you really mean to say a review by the NTSB? I didn't know that you would have to deal with them for anything medical related. I figured FAA docs in OKC would be the problem.

Yes sir, the NTSB.
What happens is that if the FAA decides to just be plain ole stubborn and say that they are sticking to their guns in terms of not finding me medically eligibile to fly, then I can have an Administrative Judge of the NTSB review my case. The FAA and myself would both have our attorneys present at the hearing and both sides would present their case. Afterwards the AJ would make a ruling based on the evidence (examinations, assessments, diagnosis & opinions within my medical file) and the FAR's.
Also, I have the choice of having the hearing anywhere I choose. If it comes to that, I'll have it in Miami.
