That is true. It is supply and demand. There are more pilots than there are jobs. This is due to the pilot factories and the airlines' willingness to lower minimums instead of raising compensation. Supply and demand of pilots has been manipulated to the fullest extent to insure there is never a pilot shortage. Our compensation will never go up again. I have a feeling in twenty years, we will be talking about how good it is right now. The sad thing is it probably is better now than it will be in twenty years.
