I'm not at NJA, but have asked all your questions, in hopes that someday I am.
XLS gets more, because you fly it and another plane that is very similar... but you get paid more because you go through the diference training and fly both.
I think only the Falcons and BBJs have FAs... mabye the G2?
The reserve system is not like the airlines. When on that schedule you get a different schedule at the begining of every month, which can not exceed 18 days of work. You get something like 4 "hard" days off that you choose.
NJA peeps... feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but that is how I understand it after asking most of those questions myself.
