I know people that flew there a few years back. I didn't remember hearing anything positive. Out of the people I knew there- non stayed. A few years back they were offering pay for training for Saabs and 1900s for 16grand. They ended up having a bunch of people buy the training and end up on reserve forever. I heard so long- they ended up leaving for one reason or another. Keep in mind this is a few years back.

I'm not the guru by any means but- I would be extremely careful in what commuter you decide to fly for. There a lot of shady one out there. There's gotta be a pretty interesting reason the mins are 600TT and 100ME. That is very low compared to the typical 1000TT and 200ME. (maybe lower time guys are just happy to have the job?)

One thing that comes to mind is attrition. Ususally when ya see low mins a lot of rats are jumping ship. Why? A perfect example is pinacalle. My advice would be talk to those who work there. If your not at the comapny HQ- you'll usually get the scoop.

Make sure you interview at more then one place. I've heard good things about Air Wisconsin, PSA and ASA. I'd Give them a shot before Colgan.
