Although they do seem reluctant to furlough more than a little at a time. As for parking Saabs, writings on the wall, and DAL does not care about small cities served by Saabs if they are not making money. As their lease expires, I suspect DAL will park them and Saab will probably make more money leasing them in Europe.

I've also heard about uniform changes but no specific dates or confirmation on it except that the rationale for changing uniforms is that DAL supposedly wants uniformity in everyone flying in their colors to match the uniform color scheme of DAL, ie., Gold stripes on black jackets and pants. I have not heard January as the uniform change date.
