While fostering this discussion in a public forum might seem like a good idea I think that this topic is best left to more intimate settings. Discussions with our reps, officers, committee guys, fellow pilots, in the crew lounge, on a trip or a layover might all be more appropriate venues. I'd rather not hamstring our Negotiating Committee before they even get started by signaling to management what we are or are not willing to settle for. I'd rather management see what we're willing to settle for when John slides our openers across the table.
