Agree with both of the above posts. I did make the mistake of focusing on SN vs 190 pay using CO for the payrates. I definitely was not trying to chest-thump; I'm pretty vocal about needing more and needing a union/CBA to accomplish that.
We are gaining some trip/duty rigs, and we already have pay protection, paid training, pretty good schedule flexibility using FLICA, etc. Our other benefits are far subpar, and scope is non-existent.
