What kind of salary, not specifically hourly, but yearly, can an FO, after 1st year expect at Eagle; for example, what does a 2nd, 3rd, 4th year FO typically make?

I would not mind going there for the stability, but sitting as an FO for 7-8 years wouldn't seem worth it, unless you can make something decent.
