I would not mind going there for the stability, but sitting as an FO for 7-8 years wouldn't seem worth it, unless you can make something decent.
2nd yr Jet FOs could do about 32-33k after taxes without working much OT. Bust your butt and you could take home close to 40k. Each year it goes up a bit, but would top out around 38-40k without OT. You wont get rich quick, but if you can live somewhere close to base then the QOL is great.
