Most likely it will be a little longer. I met an FO on the ATR out of SJU who was 5 years in and still in the right seat. Now, I don't know the details but take it for what its worth.
I have been at eagle for a little over a year and a half and im somewhere in the 2350(out of 2900+) seniority range. On the last captain bid the junior captain was 1450 or so. Right now we are upgrading about 30 a month (nevermind AA recalls) So if absloutely NOTHING changes i'm looking at another 3 1/2 years to upgrade. Dont forget we have several hundred pilots at executive and I'll bet alot of fo's will stay there for upgrade on the ATR. It amazes me how everyone keeps saying that its a 7-8yr upgrade here. That only applies for those that were hired in the past.
