Default Aeroflight and Airpac

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
In my experience aeroflight and airpac avoid hiring pilots with over 200 hours of multi time. They want an indentured servant for at least 6 to 9 months. Pilots with more experience don't stay as long. Other part 135 outfits in the Seattle area have pilots on furlough.

As previously mentioned even during the good times Seattle is a difficult market.
