About 85% of the MEC DOES NOT WANT to send PBS to the pilot’s to vote. The 15% that do are quickly being lectured on why they shouldn’t send it to the pilot’s to vote. These are mostly the senior guys that are greatly benefiting from PBS.
I'm not even sure I understand What The EFF that means. I'm a furloughed Mesa pilot, and for the most part everyone I know hates PBS, even a few of the senior guys do because the results are (1) NOT reliable and (2) are subject to more than a little manipulation by management with little "tricks" like "Unstacking". Not to mention FLiCA and PBS are not even close to being in sync because of Management manipulation of the system.
If you don't know what you're talking about, sometimes it's better to just say nothing. Peace out.
