Management to me seems focused on big deals and not enough on providing a decent product to the customer. In reality, i think very few pax worry about customer service experiences of the past when they are sitting in front of the computer buying tickets. I think they just go for the lowest price. While providing a good customer experience is important, pax nowadays just want the cheapest fare possible. Exceptions are out there but sadly the rule applies to the majority.....Oh yeah, and DAL rules!!!
