In this economy, all the regionals will be bidding right at cost to attain this flying. The lowest cost regionals besides Mesa is Pinnacle and TSA/GoJets. Someone just ordered 50+50 airplanes. I doubt Skywest will get this flying, UA has never been willing to pay more for quality. Pinnacle and TSA are both similar to Skywest/ASA in operational metrics anyway.
