You guys amaze me about unity. There is none at Fedex. The last two years have shown it. 4a2b, fda, age 60 and multiple excess bids have shown our true colors. If you want to talk about fairness, how about the very junior 727 captains that have rebid on every bid to push back training. They have extended their training dates over a year compared to the ones that bid the plane they wanted to fly and not play games. How about the senior widebody FO's that could have had captain 10 years ago but decided not to take it at 100%. Now during the excess bids they bid captain and knock a 4 year captain back to FO. Im sorry if I have no sense of loyalty to anyone but family. Nothing is fair about business and we should stop pretending we are all in it together. We have too many groups of pilots that have different agendas such as management pilots, instructors, junior, senior, commuters, over 60 and widebody/narrrowbody. Sorry about rant but Im tired of taking it up the rear and being told to be a team player.
