The J32EP would be the one to use it has a higher TOW than the 31. There are parts for these aircraft here in the states. The Jetstreams are good aircraft to use, remember that ACA and Trans States used a fleet of 32s and 41s and did very well with them. They do have a low operating cost, with a low fuel burn. I have done performance checks with the 32EP and find it will carry a 16 paxs & bags with no problem. The Beech 1900 is over priced and what ones are out there have high times on them. I would go with a 32EP but watch the route miles. Remember Texas is a Flat state so that should help.
