You must have been lucky enough to have successfully gotten out of there. Everyone else that I know are clawing at the walls to get out. Seven Years to upgrade is a dead end. Then you can enjoy another two years on reserve as a new dash 8 Captain. By the time you have enough time to move on you are old and don't care anymore. Young kids are captioning brand new CRJ's all over the south and Horizon has 50 year old FO's. Not good.
