I just want people to know that some of us out here are happy. Maybe some of the jobs I had earlier in my life made it easier for me to appreciate my job, I don't know.

Hey man, in case you forgot I use to fly for Horizon too. I agree it is better than prison, but one of the benefits of working for Mesa is that the job is so miserable that people leave. Pilots upgrade fairly quickly and then move on to a real job. At Horizon you are stuck in limbo. By the time you upgrade most are too old and don't care anymore. I remember from a past post that you have been there 7 years ruff math would put you around 23 when you got hired at QX. I doubt that you had a chance to endure many truly bad jobs. Perhaps that is your problem. You don't know anything else. I was 28 when I was hired there and was the youngest in my class and had the least time at 3800. A year later they started hiring the UND wonder kids. Were you one of those? Did you go to CWU and get a construction management degree? I bet that somehow you know me.
