From what we are told at ASA, unfortunately not. Management is till working on securing flying for those 20 200's. Even then with PBS we should still be properly staffed, or so we are told.
If the rumors are true than we have found a home for them with UA, but as you say we are properly staffed since they are currently in the fleet. That said opening another base may require more pilots for those 20 then if the aircraft were still based in ATL. However the extra spots would probably be absorbed by the efficiencies of PBS.
My guess is no one will get recalled until we get more block hours and/or we have serious attrition. If we win the UA contract and have another summer like we just had then maybe some of the last 56 will get recalled. The first 80 will still have to wait quite awhile, 2011-2012 I'd guess.
