I don't know you but "outsourcing" airline pilot jobs???? Where did you get that???

Bob remember FDX [PILOTS] decertified ALPA? Remember we tried something New? I remember you ranting about your personal problems back then called FPA and it didn't work out so good.
As I recall, we got our first contract. As I recall there were plenty of ALPA-lovers who wouldn't accept anything FPA negotiated anyway. That "blanket" you're thinking about is the "wet blanket" you threw over everything FPA did.

Where where you then? You were never involved in either FDX ALPA or FPA committe work.
News flash! ALPA doesn't let anyone who doesn't "tote the line" get near positions of responsibility. Bob and I have both tried to "advise" the pilots with our personal experiences from outside for that very reason.

So according to BOB we should all quit ALPA and just have a Jet Blue of revert back to the FCH Flight Advisory Board type work environment.
Oh, heck no! Why adopt a SUCCESSFUL paradigm! Or even Southwest's SWAPA. Wouldn't that be downright stupid of us??!

BOB you are the true miniority, you've sated your case and very few of us are buying it.
Too bad "minority" doesn't really equate to wrong, isn't it? You keep preaching your "theory" and we'll keep preaching our experience in hopes some will listen. We'll see who's right.

Oh, BTW -- ALPA's schemes are never going to work until the create a NATIONAL seniority list and make it stick. But as you know, pilots are too greedy and self-serving to consider that option.
