Sorry, I didn't mean to rile anyone's britches. I've flown Cape Air over the past 7 years and its been VFR all the time. I didn't realize the regs don't require an FO for 10 seats or less. And airlines in Florida (Yellow Air, FCA, Island Express) had to fly with 2 pilots in IFR conditions, but I assume that's tied to either international travel (bahamas) or insurance.
