Ambitious? Yep. They do also have at least one Navajo that they fly on their current (only) EAS route, and they have at least 3 barons (at least three registered to them anyway).

Their EAS proposal says they have to use a 'Van for the new routes (unless they amended it), so yes, I am assuming they can get financing or put seats back in their current 'Van and use it to start service somewhere. With the gub'mnt promising them a check for $6.something million/year, financing shouldn't be impossible. They do have an extra month and a half to take delivery and start some service, and until Jan to start ORD.
