Their EAS proposal says they have to use a 'Van for the new routes (unless they amended it), so yes, I am assuming they can get financing or put seats back in their current 'Van and use it to start service somewhere. With the gub'mnt promising them a check for $6.something million/year, financing shouldn't be impossible. They do have an extra month and a half to take delivery and start some service, and until Jan to start ORD.
Well good luck, if and I mean if they even get started, I'll gladly eat crow if they are still in business in 1 year. It is brutal being an upstart company, but then again the industry definatly needs some out of the box thinkers
