This is the biggest issue for RAH right now. You can’t pay someone 24K a year, and expect them to go out of their way for the passengers. FA’s are the face of the company, and will have a direct affect on how the public see’s the new Midwest. Anyone know how many YX FA’s will be staying?
Very few if any. Many have used WIA to enter other careers. A bunch went to AirTran.
