With the merger 100% of Nwa SOP's have changed. Everything. Every two months we're changing again. We are on Phase 5 going into the final Phase 6. Also, Airbus guys are now in Bid Period 5 which is completely new. These changes include Pbs, scheduling, etc. Many changes are happening. Let's wait for some facts.
SOP's have changed frequently? Fine. But come on guys. This crew, for whatever reason, overflew their intended airport by 150 miles. How about some basic airmanship and common sense here? Unless they were both totally zonked out, there really is no good explanation here. These weren't two private pilots trying to land a 320 we're talking about here.
