I saw another interview with the FO. He tried to do the right thing and tell the reporter that he had no comment; though in the end he ended up basically making a statment. If they (he) doesn't want to be judged by public opinion - then don't speak to the media!

Saw the same interview.....
The only thought that ran through my mind, NO COMMENT, means NO COMMENT. Shut the door!! Don't keep running your mouth to a CNN reporter with a camera rolling while standing on your front door step.
Nothing good comes of that when there's an "open investigation" that has your career (as well as your co-workers) in the balance.
Period.
