Some of us are team players, some are not. I can hope others will fly their line and nothing else. Some will, some won't. I can control what I do, and I choose not to fly extra. If the company continues to draft to fill trips, at least it is costing them more.

I've been harping on the reduction of reserves for months now. They keep lowering the number. This month we have only 44 R lines in the MD MEM FO. I keep hoping we will hold the line, but it never seems to happen. I get tired of guys continuing to fly 120 hour lines (two pilots worth). But, in the end, all I can do is fly my line and nothing else.
