Well lets examine this. Pilots pay a fortune in training and education to knowingly get a job that in return does not offer fair compensation or job security. They donate their lives to the company so that they can remain in the saddle. How can we expect management to treat pilots any better?
Pilots get kicked to the curb and keep coming back for more. "Fools" might be the most accurate term.
