I have about 200 hours in 28-005. It was based in TEB during the mid 80's. It was a little rocket ship.....If memory serves correctly 4660lbs of fuel. it didnt go far , but got there in a hurry....I had it to FL497 (block alt). it was certified to FL510.

It was a great airplane for the short haul stuff........
