I seriously doubt it's true. Probably a leftover webpage some poor college intern in I.T. didn't update.

Related question: Back in the good 'ole days of NWA and flowing pilots up, I was told that they wouldn't consider applications from any pilot from Mesaba or Compass whose senority number was below the current flowthrough line. The argument was that it circumvented senority. I never quite understood the argument because those applicants below the flow line would basically be treated as if they were off the street, and the guys with the senority to flow would have first dibbs at the available classes anyway. As I understand it, they have to flow a certain number from Compass (first), Mesaba (second), and then hire whatever they need from the street to fill each class. So...
#1. Is that correct or just another product of the rumor mill?
#2. Is this policy written somewhere? Is this coming from the companies involved or ALPA?
#3. If it is/was true, will it apply at Delta also, since the flowthrough agreement was carried over?
This might be something we just won't know for sure until Delta actually starts hiring and flowing again. Any guesses?
**This is simply a question. I'm under no illusion of getting on with Delta, even if they were hiring, so don't look at my 900 FO position and launch into some flame about a sense of entitlement, SJS, or whatever the rant of the day seems to be. Sorry, but at least on
these forums I feel like I always need a disclaimer to ask an honest question. I'm just curious in the post-merger world if Delta is even a possibility for anyone at XJ or CP outside of the flow.
