You can live where ever you want. The only thing is that you wouldn't be able to use the commuter clause if they paid you to move.
Comair/ALPA Pilot Agreement:
Chapter 6 (Moving Expenses) does not mention the Commuter Clause.
Chapter 24Q (Commuter Clause) does not mention Relocation.
Therefore you can take a company-paid move and still use commuter clause.
