<P>PC put him into the position by telling the then RCP in Mem GD to hire him for the ACP job. He had to wait 13 days to start his mgmt job because he was in a grievance against the company. Then he gets fired by SJ and PC tells O to find a spot for him. So O puts him in his current position. He wore out his welcome when he started doing things behind O's back, i.e. the amnesty program. So O found a way to geat rid of him by not hiring him and moving his current position to ANC. Then LK went to HR and got it all shut off. Meantime, the guy who was selected for the job still has no idea what his future holds. Nice job O.....</P>
