FDX: Why No Block Display?

LK has made his bed, so to speak, with management and against pilots. He proved that in the Air Force Reserve and he's proving it here as well. The difference is that the Air Force Reserve discovered his travel voucher fraud and got rid of him. Here, the company seems to tolerate any behavior as long as somewhere along the line it results in angst for the pilot force. Credibility with the pilots is unimportant or at least, way down the list of desired qualities.
The USAFR did not "get rid of" LK - he retired after serving honorably in the ANG and USAFR for 20+ years.
Ironic how LK's service helped make it possible for people to have the freedom to anonomously post things on the web, with no accountability, as if they are facts?

Okay, he was allowed to retire rather than face disciplinary action. No matter how you paint the pig, it's still a pig.
I wouldn't say I'm way wrong. Rather, I would say that I did my due diligence on this guy when his abusive managerial style came to light.

Since LK is so out of hand, why haven't you "men" gone to see him about it or gone to his boss.
You have rights and if he is violating them you have recourse.
But you also have obligations to follow the rules even if you don't like the person that was put in charge to enforce them.
My children used your tactics when they were young. The one that had violated the rules always pointed out the shortcomings of the other thinking that that would absolve them of their wrong doing.
ACT! Don't whine.

I admit the following is just rumor: I was told that when LK was a Memphis Airbus ACP, a bunch of Airbus captains did just that, they complained to management and/or O about him. We are living today with the results of that intervention--management just relocated him to manage a different pilot group. So I conclude that taking your suggested action will never generate a satisfactory solution.
The most appropriate action would have been for management to remove him from being an ACP. In light of management choosing instead to keep an abusive manager in place leaves us with the only choice possible and that is to keep everyone informed of who is doing what to whom so we can all protect ourselves.

What if George Washington had said the same thing when approached to lead the Revolutionary Army?
"Ooohh England is so tough, it will never change."
How about the guy that invented WD40? It's called WD40 because it was his 40th try.
But, then again as you pointed out you have no facts to base your opinion on.

I don't have a beef. I have talked to LK at length and I understand his form of "shoot first ask questions later" mgmt style. Our reps are well informed on the whole situation also. Not quite as simple as you might like to make it.
