I admit the following is just rumor: I was told that when LK was a Memphis Airbus ACP, a bunch of Airbus captains did just that, they complained to management and/or O about him. We are living today with the results of that intervention--management just relocated him to manage a different pilot group. So I conclude that taking your suggested action will never generate a satisfactory solution.

The most appropriate action would have been for management to remove him from being an ACP. In light of management choosing instead to keep an abusive manager in place leaves us with the only choice possible and that is to keep everyone informed of who is doing what to whom so we can all protect ourselves.
