UPS likes guys who flew military cargo, or ACMI (like Kallita, World, Atlas, etc). Fighter experience works too, especially at FDX.
They have plenty of ex-major pilots...they pay twice as much if you are low-seniority. I heard DAL was only hiring guys with slightly less than 1000 TPIC for a while because too many of their new hires were bailing for UPS.
