Evil, congratulations on getting the call. I’m sure you will do well in the interview. Let us know how it goes if you decide to interview
If you don’t have to quit a good job to go to Compass then I would say it’s a no brainer, a job is a job. If you have to quit a good job, then I guess you will have to take your chances. But from what I hear, Compass is not a bad place to be except for low 1st year pay and the fact that you have to pay for your hotel during training.
Just out of curiosity, do you have an ATP?
