No one is angry at the individual. We are upset with the situation. Like you said we all have to play the cards we are dealt. By lowering the minimums to such a low point it signals that the airlines are not willing to pay for experience anymore. There are plenty of high time pilots out there who are looking for work, however employers have learned that by hiring young kids they will not complain as much and will accept even lower wages and worse working conditions. It is a way of destroying the profession that we all love. Some day you will understand what we all have lost.
