There are a bunch of us out of work pilots up here in the northwest looking for jobs.
I am one of them, and am looking for any help I can get on a possible job lead. I have a little baby at home and while spending time with the family has been great, the ramen noodle is running low.
I'm praying for something in the aviation world, but after looking for the last year... I am willing to take anything.
Just like many others I search the websites daily and drop off resumes weekly. I know the economy is tough, but here in the northwest it is scarce!
Outside of aviation I look like the biggest tool when applying for an average job. The big problem is that I have spent the last ten years in aviation, so when I pass my resume out (even the dumb-down version) I am told that I have no experience or am over qualified.
If anyone who reads this and has an opening or has a friend that might have an opening, please email me and I will send you a resume.
I have around 4000 hours, including Airline, Charter, Jet, CFI and Skydive.
I can learn to do pretty much anything if given the chance.
Thanks All
Jake
